I was born in West Wales, but my family and I have explored Portugal and Spain since I was 8. Ever since, we have been back and forth, building up the beautiful ruins and lands – our dream, the sun and the grounding lifestyle always pulling us back. This piece explores our life in Portugal, why we moved, the lifestyle we follow and how this feels.

I created this piece with the intention of encouraging people to pursue their passions and live according to their own values and ideals. My hope is that it will inspire individuals to make choices that bring them happiness and fulfilment, and to live their lives to the fullest.

The moving image piece is accompanied by a document explaining my intention for the piece, with handmade eucalyptus leaf paper, imprinted with words encouraging the audience to smell to get a full sensory experience.
